The application form and prospectus can be had from the Director, ICJ on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash at the Press Club counter. Those who want the applications to be sent by post should remit Rs. 200/- by way of M.O. or D.D. drawn in favour of ICJ along with Rs. 10/- stamped self-addressed cover.

Applicants can use forms downloaded from this site. Those who are making use of such forms have to send Demand Drafts for Rs. 200 drawn in favour of the Institute of Communication and Journalism, Calicut, along with the application.

After screening eligible candidates will be called for an Entrance Examination. The exam will be of three hours, so as to test the candidate’s aptitude for media work, proficiency in Malayalam and English languages and general knowledge. Successful candidates will be short listed for an interview. After the interview, selection for admission will be made.
