in icjnewsകോഴിക്കോട്: കാലിക്കറ്റ് പ്രസ് ക്ലബ്ബിന് കീഴിലുള്ള ഇന്സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷന് ആന്റ് ജേര്ണലിസം (ഐ.സി.ജെ.) വിദ്യാർഥികൾക്കായുള്ള സൂര്യ-സരൂപ് മെമ്മോറിയല് എന്ഡോവ്മെന്റ് തുടങ്ങി. അകാലത്തില് വിട പറഞ്ഞ സൂര്യ, സരൂപ് എന്നീ സഹപാഠികളുടെ ഓര്മക്കായി ഐ.സി.ജെയിെൽ 2008-09 പി.ജി ബാച്ചാണ് എൻഡോവ്മെന്റ് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. ഐ.സി.ജെയിലെ അർഹരായ വിദ്യാർഥികൾക്ക് ഫീസിനത്തിൽ സഹായം നൽകാൻ ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയ എന്ഡോവ്മെന്റ് തുക സൂര്യയുടെ സഹോദരി സുരഭിയില് നിന്ന് ഐ.സി.ജെ ഡയറക്ടര് വി.ഇ ബാലകൃഷ്ണന് ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി. ഐ.സി.ജെ ചെയർമാൻ എം.ഫിറോസ് ഖാന് ചടങ്ങ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.…
